Hybrid Ceramic Ball Bearings
Ceramic balls, especially the Si3N4 balls, have such good features as low density, high hardness, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self lubrication and rigidity, so they are particularly suitable to be the rolling elements of high-speed, high-precision and long-life hybrid ceramic bearings with metal inner and outer ring. ZYS produces the hybrid ceramic ball bearings with GCr15 inner and outer ring and Si3N4 ceramic balls. Compared with the standard steel angular contact ball bearings with the same structure and size, ZYS hybrid ceramic bearings (code HQ1) can significantly improve the speed, rigidity, reliability and productivity of machine tool, greatly reduce the friction heat of spindle and extend the service life of machine tool.The types of ZYS hybrid bearings can be divided into H719C(AC)/HQ1 ceramic ball bearings, H70C(AC)/HQ1 ceramic bearings , B70C/HQ1 ceramic ball bearings, B70C(AC)-2RZ/HQ1hybrid ceramic bearings, B719C(AC)-2RZ/HQ1 hybrid ceramic bearings , etc.
