This instrument is applicable to friction torque measurement and torque test. The torque tester can also analysis and test the performance of bearing grease, solid lubrication.
Computer will control and finish the measurement automatically. The measurement data of each point will be intelligently displayed and recorded automatically. The instrument has reliable performance, and easy operation.
The instrument is composed of mechanical parts, electrical parts and computer. It is applicable to bearing dynamic friction torque measurement (maximum friction torque, the average friction torque, fluctuation value). It will provide both forward and reverse measurement results and two torque curve. The result can be saved and printed. The instrument uses the air bearing which has low-friction torque, precision torque sensors. The measurement system was developed with visual and virtual instrument software. It has friendly interface, automatic measurement and easy operation.
