CNC inner raceway grinder for taper roller bearing
- These model grinders are mainly applied to grinding inner raceway of taper roller bearings, single row & double row cylindrical roller bearings.
1. The machine is controlled by MITSUBISHI system from Japan.
2. Equipped with touch screen and self-diagnosis function, easy to operate.
3. Infeed grinding.
4. Electromagnetic centerless clamps is used for holding the workpiece, the work drive is of frequency control.
5. The spindle of grinding wheel is equipped with dynamic and static shafts.
6. The feeding & the wheel dress system are both driven by AC servo motor & ball screw. Grinding the raceway crown can be realized through dressing the grinding wheel.
7. Automatic loading & unloading. Manipulators make the operation easy．
8. Equipped with washing system, the machine is easy to keep clean.
9. Enclosed machine body is safe and beautiful.
